Last Sunday we held our Mum’s 80th birthday party at your club. I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the event.
From my very first phone call everyone I dealt with was most pleasant and extremely helpful.
The Hospitality Manager was wonderful and organised every aspect so well. The room looked terrific and was set up perfectly for this type of function.

All the staff on the day, Chris, the wait and bar staff were amazing. They were friendly, efficient and went out of their way to help us with anything we wanted. They did all of this with smiles on their faces!! Many of our guests commented on how lovely these people were.

The chef is also to be commended on the food which was lovely. One guest who needed gluten free food told me she had never been looked after so well at a function.

Overall our experience with Rosanna Golf Club has been excellent.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for all your efforts in making our presentation night a successful one. We were complimented throughout the night on the food and the venue and your staff were delightful. I personally wanted to say thank you for making things very easy for us! You are a gem and you made everything we requested seem as if it were effortless. Hope to see you again next year.

Just a little note to say thank you very much for all of the work you did for our ‘Waitangi Day’ Client Function on Friday.
Everything was so well done and we really appreciated it. Our clients were very impressed as well.  We all had a great day.
Please tell the chefs too that the food was lovely as was all the bar service etc.
We know how much work you put into doing all of the little things that go towards making the function flow so well, like the signage on the tables, the programmes and the welcome sign.  It’s not easy to make everything come out right but it did…so thank you again. Hope to work with you again next year!
