Booking Conditions
Deposit
All bookings placed at The Rosanna Golf Club require a deposit of $500 to be paid in order to confirm the event. The deposit must be received by The Rosanna Golf Club within 14 days (14) days of the deposit invoice.
Methods of Payment
Companies and individuals must settle their account seven (7) days prior to the function by cheque, credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or cash.
Final Attendance
A guaranteed final number is required to be confirmed with The Rosanna Golf Club seven (7) days prior to the function. Increases of up to 5% are acceptable until three (3) days prior to the event. In the event, numbers fall below the confirmed amount no deduction will be given.
Special Dietary Requirements
Please provide fourteen (14) days notice of any special dietary requirements.
Entertainment Meals
The Musicians Award stipulates that all entertainers must be provided with a meal. These are provided at a cost of $40.00 per main meal. Price includes Soft Drink. We do not provide alcohol to entertainers unless agreed on by the event booker. Recommended discussing entertainers meals and beverages upon booking your entertainment.
Dress Regulations
The Rosanna Golf Club provides a warm and friendly environment for members and guests, therefore smart casual is the minimum dress requirement at all times.
Conduct
The organiser and guests will conduct themselves in an orderly manner at all times and fully comply with the Club’s policies and procedures. The Rosanna Golf Club reserves the right to exclude or eject any person from the venue if their conduct/behaviour is deemed unreasonable and/or not in accordance with the Club’s policies and procedures.
Liability
The host/organisers will be responsible for any damage to the Club, premise or any property of The Rosanna Golf Club, invitee or other person attending the event. The Rosanna Golf Club reserves the right to invoice accordingly. The Rosanna Golf Club is not liable for any loss of or damage to any property left by the host/ organisers or guest on the premises during or after the function. All staff are accredited with responsible service of alcohol training. The Rosanna Golf Club supports the responsible service of alcohol. In accordance with Club Victoria guild lines, the Rosanna Golf Club requires a detailed guest list including full name with a contact number or postal address. Please note: Names and address will NOT be used for promotional or marketing at the RGC.
Food and Beverages
No food or beverages with the exception of a celebration cake are to be brought or consumed on the premises. Any prizes or gifts received during the function must not be consumed on the premises.
Miscellaneous
-Tentative booking are held for fourteen days (14)
-All prices are subject to change.
-Addition arrangement furniture/equipment hired may incur a delivery cost which is chargeable to the booker.
-Menu items are seasonal and may change.
-All items provided by the booker must be delivered to Rosanna Golf Club no later than 24 hours prior to the event, with the exception of fresh flowers or celebratory cake which can be delivered on the day of the event.
-Additional time (after 12:30 am) is available at a cost of $8 per head per ½ hour. This charge applies until all patrons are off the premises.functions are of a maximum 5-hour duration. All functions are to be finished by 12:30 am and all guests off the premises by 1:00 am.
Security
21st Birthday Functions, Sporting Club functions and for Functions that exceed 150 guests a Registered Security Guard is required to be present for the entire function plus an addition 1 hour (30mins prior and 30 mins after the event). The cost associated with this will be quoted. The club will organise this accordingly and the cost will be added to your final invoice. Please note that for any extra time security is required, there will be an additional charge. Please note: 18th and 21st Birthdays are only available to members.
Final numbers
Are to be confirmed 7 days prior to your function.
Room Hire Fee
A room hire fee applies if Stage and Dance Floor is required. If the number is less than minimum a room hire fee is applied.
Cancellation Fee
In the event of the Wedding being cancelled the following terms are applicable
- More than 2 months notice – nil penalty
- Less than 2 months – 50% of deposit will apply
- Less than 1 month – 100% of deposit will apply
- 7 day or less – 100% deposit and a cancellation fee will apply
Minimum Numbers
The above pricing is only applicable for 70 or more guests. We are able to cater for fewer numbers with pricing to be discussed with the Club.
