Booking
A tentative booking is held for 14 days.
Deposit
A $500 deposit within 14 days will secure your golf day.
Menu
The menu is to be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the day.
Final numbers
Are to be confirmed 7 days prior to your function.
Cancellation Fee
In the event of your golf day being cancelled the following terms are applicable.
- More than 2 months notice – nil penalty
- Less than 2 months – 50% of deposit will apply
- Less than 1 month – 100% of deposit will apply
- 7 day or less – 100% deposit and a cancellation fee will apply
Duration of Occupancy
All functions are of a maximum 5 hour duration. All functions are to be finished by 12:30am and all guests off the premises by 1:00am.
Minimum Numbers
The above pricing is only applicable for 40 or more guests. We are able to cater for less numbers with pricing to be discussed with the Club.
