Booking Conditions
A tentative booking is held for 14 days.
Security
For all 21st Birthday Functions and for Functions that exceed 150 guests a Registered Security Guard is required to be present for the final 4 hours of the Function. The cost associated with this will be $550. The club will organise this accordingly and the cost will be added to your final invoice.
Deposit
A $400 deposit within 14 days will secure your function.
Menu
The menu is to be confirmed beyond 14 days prior to the function.
Final numbers
Are to be confirmed 7 days prior to your function.
Cancellation Fee
In the event of the Wedding being cancelled the following terms are applicable
More than 2 months notice - nil penalty
Less than 2 months - 50% of deposit will apply
Less than 1 month - 100% of deposit will apply
7 day or less - 100% deposit and a cancellation fee will apply
Minimum Numbers
The above pricing is only applicable for 70 or more guests. We are able to cater for less numbers with pricing to be discussed with the Club. |
